Psychotherapy is important for your life, because when you are suffering from depression, anxiety or stress you really need the therapist to get rid of it, to make your life easier and happier you must consult a therapist to have a peaceful life ahead.
How Does Psychotherapy Help?
Psychotherapy helps people with a mental disorder to:
•Understand the behaviors, emotions, and ideas that contribute to his or her illness and learn how to modify them
•Understand and identify the life problems or events -- like a major illness, a death in the family, a loss of a job, or a divorce -- that contribute to his or her illness and help him/her understand which aspects of those problems he/she may be able to solve or improve
•Regain a sense of control and pleasure in life
•Learn healthy coping techniques and problem-solving skills
What is Sandplay Therapy?
Sandplay is “hands on” psychological work, and is an adjunct to talk therapy. It is a powerful therapeutic method that facilitates the psyche’s natural capacity for healing. In a “free and protected” space provided by a trained sandplay therapist, the client creates a concrete manifestation from his or her imagination using sand, water, and miniature objects.
